This is Ushi speaking today!
We came to “Satsuma Jinbei” in Ebisu! 2 min walk from the JR station!
As my office is located in Ebisu area, I was always attracted to the sign of this place! The catch copy is “The fish we got this morning!”
And today finally we came here! We are pretty excited so decided to report our dinner!
It is all designed with wood.
The waiter told us that they use only the fish caught in the very morning everyday and their vegetables are all bio directly sent from the producers.
Thy have been having a business in Kagoshima pref. and this one is second brunch newly entered in the competitive Tokyo F&B market!
Thus most of the vegetables are from Kagoshima pref.

The beer after work is especially good xD
This looks like ‘Hard oriental clam’ but in fact it is a different kind. It is called ‘Hon-nobisu-gai’ (small quahog larger than a littleneck) I did not know!
The texture is amazing and the balance between the tastiness and the bitterness is beautiful.
This must be such a grate match with Sake!

The chees is sweet but light. The sauce is very unique and yummy!!!
The next dish is….
This is a local (Kagoshima)’s special dish. Mochi is fried with sweet potato.
Two different textures make beautiful harmony xD
We have never seen this before! Many new discoveries today!
Now I am very much up for ’Sashimi plate’!
It contains 7 different fish xD
Splinter fish, Red snapper, salmon, Horse-dung sea urchin, star snapper, Lethrinidae , flatfisha
Which one should I start with???? All looks tempting!!!

The fresh fish are amazing! The texture, flavor and tastiness are so rich and we could eat a lot more xD
This house offers various dishes and all they are featuring the freshness of the raw materials with not too much seasoning.
We are very satisfied!!!
