Today I came to Ooimachi!
A friend of mine has opened a restaurant in this area!!
I do not come to this area usually so this will be something new to me!

For me its Highball! (whisky soda!)
The appetizers were these xD
▲ Beef senmai sashi!
▲ Gatsu negi sashi
▲ Shingen Tori wasa
▲ Tomato in soup!
This tomato was AMAZING!!!!! The recipe is their secret but I assume that it contains olive oil, soup stock and a whole tomato perps,.. This sauce matches perfect with the fresh tomato and with the Kombu on top!!!!
I have never had a tomato dish which is this much delicious!!!

And they make me enjoy drinks so badly….!!!
