Tonight I went to a place 「Bu-A-I-Sou」, a Teppan restaurant. It was an amazing place so I would like to share my experience with the photos I shot!
It’s tender and juicy. The side vegetables are well seasoned. I loved this dish so badly!
And this is how it looks inside!
Today I felt like drinking Shouchuu with Mugi-tea so ordered a bottle of my favorite Shouchu!
I chose “A course of the chef’s recommendation of the day”
It’s only 4000 yen xD How nice-!!!
Mmmmmmm It was so unique but perfectly tasty xD

This is my favorite so-called “Beef innards”!!
It’s texture is like jelly and so nice xD Awaji-onion is specially sweet and super tasty……!!
Japanese pond smelt, Hard clam, Abalone mushroom and Pacific bluefin tuna!!
It is such a pleasure to be able to enjoy this many different seafood in one place xD
I strongly recommend this dish to all seafood lovers!
This was like roasted beef xD the house made onion sauce matched way good and I could eat a ton of this!
This was too delicious like I wanted to shout xD
The thing under the dried mullet roe is potato steamed with Bonito stick!!!! I have never experienced this beautiful fusion dried mullet roe dish!!!
I had it with Roughly mashed horse radish and quail egg. Such a grate harmony of everything xD

The Hamburg itself is juicy and there is foie gras inside and the match with the sauce is beautiful…..!
It is no doubt delicious!!!!!
This seems to be a super popular dish of the house so I bet it is better to order this upon reservation.
I am full and so satisfied……
I can proudly take any gastronomic friends to this place xD
They also told me that they have a bigger private room for a bigger party on the fourth floor, so I had a look.
It is a perfect place for partying too!!!! xD
