Today I came to Shibuya.
Escaping from the huge crowed of so-called ‘Scramble traffic’ in Shibuya, walked along the Saikyo line and here I found a very relaxed area and this modern and cozy restaurant!

This restaurant is called 「Sorano」.
It’s a Tofu specialized restaurant.
I always wanted to come here and today finally I’m here!
My friends from high school time invited me for dinner!
The atmosphere is nice with indirect lightning and looks like a nice place for a date too!
▲ Let’s begin with Lemon-high! (Shochu with soda top up and lemon squeeze)
We are hungry so ordered a heavy dish even for an appetizer! Tada-!!

This shinny golden Tempura tempts us badly! The taste was just beautiful too!
Then the second dish is the Tofu dish, called ‘Sorano Tofu’. It’s this restaurant’s original menu!
We have no idea how the Tofu looks inside this mysterious cooking equipment!

They have put fire in the bottom of this white container and told us to wait a bit.
It’s exciting!
We decided to have something else while waiting.

It’s so melty and delicious! Each morsel is a pleasure…..!! I wanna eat all of it by myself xD
The Tofu is not ready yet so let’s go for another dish!

Eggplant is cooked so well and is as juicy as meat!
The water came to us for the Tofu is ready now!

Woohooo!!
We opened the mysterious box and there appeared a perfectly cooked Tofu! Looks soft and smooth and the color is beautiful!!!
▲ Seasonings
The seasonings served were salt and lime. This is unique for we usually Tofu dishes are served with soy sauce!
And it was sooooooooo delicate and tasty!!!
Actually one of our mates is having his birthday today and my friend had told that to the restaurant when she made a reservation.
▲ So as a present, he received by the restaurant a birthday cake in a little container made of an apple and there is his name sculptured!!
