【367°(San-Roku-Nana)】Fantastic food in an art gallery in Harajuku (Shibuya area, Tokyo!!)

Hello!

This is Shitatsudumi speaking today!

I came with Nori and Ushi to a Café Dining Bar built in an art gallery in Jinguumae!

It is located near the Gaien-mae station!

The place is called 「367°」

外観からもう、とっても、おしゃれです!

Isn’t this place fancy?!

The basement floor is the café!

フロア内にはセゾン現代美術館のコレクションや、若手アーティストさんの作品が展示されています。

▲ There are art pieces on the wall.

We went to look the art gallery space as well.

今回は笹田靖人さんの作品でした。

まずは、佐賀牛レアテキカルパッチョ

『Japanese beef Carpaccio』

色とりどりの新鮮なお野菜がたっぷり~!

The sauce was Japanese taste as it contains miso.
Nori cannot stop eating this xD

佐賀牛のビーフカツ

The special seasonings are so beautiful with the fries.

比内地鶏の出汁巻き

▲ Japanese omelet made with local grown chicken’s soup stock

Very soft and Delicious xD !!!!!
It is slightly sweet and the soup stock gives rich aroma! Soy sauce and horse radish make wonderful accent!

風呂吹き大根の揚げ出し

Very unique but super tasty dish!
Very juicy and the special texture of the sauce is beautiful!!!

締めはなにを食べようかなー。

左から、たまご、ヒラマサ、甘エビ、サーモン、鰻、まぐろ、フォアグラ。

牛さんは追加で比内地鶏の生卵を注文して、たまごかけご飯にしていましたよ~

最後に、鯛ソーメン!

Nori enjoyed this so much!!!!
The fish is seasoned very well and the soup stock is light but rich with the fish’ s natural oil. The texture of the Soumen noodle is nice!

This place serves very artistic dishes as it is a part of the art gallery!!!!
We were amazed and enjoyed it very much xD
